Vision of Engage Real Estate Group

Engage Real Estate Group was founded by David Nasim after spending over 18 years selling and listing commercial and residential real estate ranging from helping a first-time home buyer to an investor completing a multi-million dollar transaction.  Although each transaction was different, every one of them had a consistent theme...people.  Dealing with people and their uniqueness has been the driving force behind David's career.  He then decided to form Engage Real Estate Group with a vision for positively impacting three different groups of people.

Clients - As a Real Estate Broker David felt that nothing showed success more than a return client.  "This only happens when you are looking out for the best interest of your client instead of using him as a means to an end...a payday."  Engage Real Estate Group is committed to making long term relationships with all of their clients.

Team - After having many conversations with other real estate brokers and salespeople over the years, David noticed an unfortunate common theme.  Many brokers felt like that their work environment did not lend itself well to a successful real estate career.  They felt a more non-competitive and supportive team environment would help them accomplish this.  Engage Real Estate Group is committed to help providing an environment in which our team members can be successful both professionally and personally.

Community -  After being extremely blessed, David has learned that nothing brings more satisfaction than being a blessing by giving back to others. In David and his wife's personal life, after having three of their own children and expecting to adopt soon, they saw a great need for helping and fostering children. After experiencing it personally, David wanted to make this mission a part of the company's overall vision. "This is something we will not shy away from and put on the back page of our resume.  It is a key part in judging the success of our company." Engage Real Estate Group is committed to significantly giving financially and physically to organizations that help impact children's lives.
