Chris's resume includes working with local, national, and international investors, developers and corporations. As a 1993 graduate of West Virginia University Chris has a BA in Political Science and Pre Law. After graduating he continued his education by entering a Spanish language program in Mexico. After completing that program he accepting a position in Leon, Gto Mexico with a human resource company that specialized training executives in English. There he worked in both sales and marketing as well as ESL  instruction for companies such as Pepsi Cola, Rockport Shoes, Shneider Electric, as well as many national banks. In 1996 Chris moved back to South Carolina to help his father run the family equipment rental business. There Chris managed accounts for builders and developers. In 2001 Chris began working in real estate. Chris has worked with developers and investors identifying land and determining its highest and best use.  This in turn has led to experience in single family residential, multifamily, commercial and retail. Chris has also represented several national and multinational corporations with single tenant manufacturing and warehouse properties such as Dunlop Sports International.  Chris also consults for Hispanic companies where executives speak English as a second language. With a broad area of knowledge Chris is able to help a wide range of clients from the small investor to large developer, corporation or investment group.

Land use and development: Helping clients identify and determine the  highest and best use of a property for development as well as due diligence including finance, environmental, and marketing.

Real Estate Investment: Understanding client's needs to determine what real estate investments fit them. Property valuation and explanation of value to the client.

Leases: Leases are crucial to both developers and investors because tenants and income are often times the driver of property values. Experience in retail, commercial, industrial, and residential leases representing both tenants and property owners.
